The flat, which was obtained from the old barn, is situated on the western edge of the village and can be reached from a paved terrace of earthenware tiles which forms the charming external yard equipped with garden furniture.
The entrance door leads directly to the lounge dining area provided with sofa bed, on the right side a door glass door gives onto the small square. The kitchen area, separated from the living room, is equipped with a four-.burner gas cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment.
From the living room a sliding door opens onto a small boxroom from where the double room – provided with en-suite bathroom and shower cabin – can be reached.
Through the door-window of the room one can access to a small balcony.
