A) HOW CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

The cancellation of the booking must arrive at least thirty days before the arrival. The communication must be carried out by registered letter or by E-mail. The postmark of the date of receipt of the E-mail will be considered as valid. Please refer to the regulations.

B) HOW CAN I PAY AND HOW MUCH SHALL I PAY?

You can pay by credit card or bank money order. Please refer to the regulations.

C) MAY I GET BACK MY DOWN MONEY?

The down payment will be refunded by bank money order. Please refer to the regulations.
